This process doesn’t require an estate plan or lawyer, and you can update your beneficiaries at any time.

To add Montana Conservation Voters or the MCV Education Fund to your will, share this with your attorney or financial planner:
“I hereby give and bequeath (dollar amount or a percentage of my estate to (Montana Conservation Voters, Tax ID 81-0521030, OR Montana Conservation Voters Education Fund, Tax ID 81-0525336), located at 432 N Last Chance Gulch, Ste J, Helena, MT 59601 to be used for its general purposes.”
Because Montana Conservation Voters is a 501(c)(4) organization engaged in electoral activities, contributions to MCV are not tax-deductible.
The MCV Education Fund is a 501(c)(3) organization and contributions are tax-deductible.
