Mission + Vision

MCV will work to replace anti-conservation elected leaders with pro-conservation elected leaders by increasing outreach to all who have the courage to protect Montana’s climate, environment and public lands.

MCV will increase protections and designations for Montana’s public lands and water for people and wildlife by using our political clout and grassroots power.

MCV will defend and advance conservation funding through federal, statewide and local initiatives to protect public lands, water and access to them.

MCV’s work will bolster a robust democracy and increase civic engagement to strengthen our conservation efforts and ensure Montana’s redistricting commission remains fair.
