Team MCV endorses municipal candidates ahead of 2025 elections

Conservation group backs candidates in local races across the state

(HELENA, Mont.) – The Montana Conservation Voters Action Fund, MCV’s affiliated political action committee, is proud to announce the endorsement of 11 conservation champions running for municipal offices in 2025. 

“The 2025 municipal elections are a chance to shape the future of our communities. Today, MCV is proud to announce endorsements in key local races across Montana,” said MCV Action Fund Chair Jill Lombardi. “These candidates are committed to protecting our outdoor way of life, and we look forward to working with them to defend the Montana Constitution for generations to come.”

The following candidates have been endorsed:

• Amy Aguirre, City Council Ward 3

• Andrew Lindley, City Council Ward 4

• Patrick Olp, City Council Ward 5

• Kyle Waterman, City Council Ward 3

Momentum continues as MCV prepares to endorse more conservation champions ahead of the 2025 election over the coming weeks. MCV is committed to supporting Montana candidates who prioritize conservation and democracy. Final endorsements are made by MCV’s independent political action committees.
