MCV Announces Supreme Court Endorsement

Conservation group backs Judge Ingrid Gustafson for Montana Supreme Court reelection

(HELENA, Mont.) – The Montana Conservation Voters Action Fund, MCV’s affiliated Political Action Committee, today announced its endorsement of Judge Ingrid Gustafson for her reelection to the Montana Supreme Court.

“Keeping a fair and impartial Supreme Court in Montana is incredibly consequential at a time when so much is at stake for Montana’s environment and outdoors,” said MCV Executive Director Whitney Tawney. “Judge Ingrid Gustafson has demonstrated herself to be an exemplary judge these last 20 years and her record proves her unwavering commitment to uphold the Montana constitution. MCV believes in her approach to be fair and nonpartisan in her next term at the Montana Supreme Court and we’re proud to endorse her candidacy again.”
