MCV Endorses Justice Jim Rice for Montana Supreme Court Reelection 

Conservation group announces second Supreme Court endorsement

(HELENA, Mont.) – The Montana Conservation Voters Action Fund, MCV’s affiliated Political Action Committee, today announced its endorsement of Justice Jim Rice for his reelection to the Montana Supreme Court. 

“Montana’s outdoors and environment are a way of life here and electing fair, nonpartisan judges to uphold our right to a ‘clean and healthful environment’ has never been more important,” said MCV Executive Director Whitney Tawney. “That’s why MCV is proud to endorse Justice Jim Rice for his reelection to Montana’s Supreme Court. We believe he will continue his unwavering commitment to uphold the Montana Constitution and trust he will approach all cases with a fair and impartial lens.”
