2003 Montana Legislative Scorecard

This session saw a lot of attacks on voters’ rights including overly restrictive voting access and overturning voter-passed bans on cyanide heap leach mining and game farms. MCV worked to protect the bans but voter rights and access would have to wait until 2005.
